Will there be customs fees?
Customs fees are set by the courier and are the responsibility of the buyer.
As far as we know there are no customs charges for Karmin products for UK orders.
As far as we know there are no customs charges for Karmin products for Australia orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping time for domestic orders is typically 5 to 10 business days.
For international orders, expect shipping to take 10 to 15 business days.
(Business days do not include weekends and holidays).

How long do I have to return my product?
Any items you wish to return must be received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase.

All returned items must be in 100% new resalable condition, sealed/unopened and unused, and in its original packaging to receive a refund.

This means that they must be in their original shipping condition and UNOPENED.

What is your warranty policy?
Warranty is effective for one year from date of purchase unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
The manufacturer must agree to the conditions of the return.

Does my warranty reset when I receive a replacement?
Receiving a replacement item does not extend the warranty.
Warranty is good only for one year from date purchase of the original item.
